The two faced eyeshadow palette is a beatify scented, pigmented eyeshadow palette: brilliant for people who don’t have very much experience with makeup, or someone who wears makeup on a daily basis. In this palette there are a variety of colours and shades to suit every mood. The palate includes an array of 16 matte and shimmering eyeshadows, scented with real chocolate- 100% real cocoa powder-. Prior to opening the box the packaging is super cute and the scent is wonderful. It’s easy, portable and has an assortment of neutral and shimmering eyeshadows, extremely recommended.
Pigmented?
Majority of eyeshadows today you find yourself continuously going back to get that bold colour. However, with this eyeshadow I find myself only ever having to go back once. The colours throughout the palette blend very easily together, when you buy the palette there’s even the signature Glamour Guide with three beautiful eye looks to get you started! My personal favourite is a typical smokey eye. I combine a dark shimmering purple, a bold brown and white, the colours are super easy and pigmented it makes everything super easy to blend together and little product being used to create these eye looks.
This palette is very fun to use. You can create many different looks and blend each colours very easily together.
Why Chocolate?
Encased in a cute chocolate bar tin, the rich scented selection of the perfect browns, neutrals, and pretty pops of colour appeal to every candy lover. But how? Chocolate has been used for centuries for it’s soothing properties and to protect, condition and heal skin that has been damage. Who wouldn’t want that in their eyeshadow?
The price point
Many eyeshadows today are extremely expensive, however, let’s be honest you should be paying for what you’re getting. With this eye product you definitely are. I’ve tried other brands, Naked for example. However, it’s just way to expensive and the product has no pigment and It doesn’t last very long at all. I’ve had my eyeshadow palette for over a year and it’s still phenomenal. I love the pigments in each colour used in this palette, and the way all the eyeshadows are laid out on the palette. The only negative would be I wish that there was a brush included with the palette. Especially for the price. I think it would’ve been even cute if they brought a chocolate brush into the mix, something to go along with that theme; that would’ve just given this palette that extra push of 100% must have.
For only $49.00 you can find this palette in Sephora or online, this palette is a definite must have. The eyeshadow is great for a “night on the town” kind of look, or just your typical everyday signature look. Considering the price point, the product, and the colours included its a definite bargain and I rate a 9/10.
