If you are a big die hard fan of FPS games then you will want to check out Ubisoft’s brand new game ‘Far Cry 3’. ‘Far Cry 3’ is a brand new first-person shooter that has an exotic storyline and intriguing graphics; According to Ubisoft the storyline is about 20 hours and that doesn’t even include all the amazing side missions you can play. In the first week, Ubisoft announced the statistical sales numbers which includes bought and downloaded copies of the game; here is their statement: “As director of Ubisoft’s Far Cry 3 we have reached an all-time high of over 500 Million copies sold and downloaded and our sales have boosted our motivation, so we are going to try to make this game series a trilogy, Ubisoft has made over 1 Billion dollars from ‘Far Cry 3’ in the first week thanks for all of our players!” Amazing! This game could become very popular in the next few years with many updates to come!
In ‘Far Cry 3’ you play as the main character Jason and you accidentally got onto an island by skydiving which can seem delusional but actually has happened; on the island, there is a sovereign dictator called Vaas who leads an army of bandits and has kidnapped his friends and family. Moreover, Jason goes guns in blazing like Rambo and he saves all his friends including: Riley (Jason’s Brother); Liza (Jason’s Girlfriend); Daisy (Jason’s Brother’s Girlfriend). They persuade Jason to help them build a boat; but since he has been busy helping Vaas’s sister who owns the mysterious temple, Jason gets pressured into staying on the island instead of leaving with his own friends, now I think this game is amazing because at the ending you can decide whether to stay on the island or… leave with his friends. Not only does this game have amazing shooting mechanics, but even better you can recruit settlers and establish your own army within the island. That’s fantastic! Moreover, with the right developers, this game could be life-changing for a lot of FPS fans that love to play these types of games!
Now let's review the actual island, it seems like many of the settlers appeared on the island around the 1500s. In the game, the population of the island is around 10,000 people. Another extremely important aspect is the atmosphere of the game, all of the people on the island can help you with quests including gun stores, hunting or even playing Poker! Sounds fun! In your inventory you can craft better items from hunting a collection of exotic animals that roam the island; This game exceeds graphics and overall background activities you can do other than missions. After Vaas killed your … brother you become furious and explode any camps that could have a chance to kill Vaas and you can also have different types of weapons like: assault rifles, grenades, snipers, light machine guns and even rocket launchers. How creative! If you have any serious doubts you might want to throw them away because ‘Far Cry 3’ even has a co-op mode and multiplayer! Magnificent! Overall, this game has all the types of activities you need and you can basically do anything you want in ‘Far Cry 3’.
Likewise, this game presents extraordinary values and has become victorious against any other game that is going to come out in this century! I think I will be playing this game for a long time because of the huge storyline and I absolutely adore this creative game. You will want to travel all the way to Ubisoft’s headquarters and give the director a massive hug after you have finished the storyline because it’s that good; Ubisoft’s ‘Far Cry 3’ is obviously a 10/10 game in my opinion and I recommend it to anyone that wants to play an: exciting, driven, first-person shooter. Tremendous work!
