Telltale has finally made the new season of ‘The Walking Dead Game’ and it became a quick success. With over 20 million dollars in sales, it doesn’t seem like any game this year will be able to over take Telltale. In season 2 you can now play as Clementine, which was a wish from the community that was finally granted; Clementine has developed into a stronger person, but you still need to guide her onto the path that will lead her to survival. A strong statement from the CEO of Telltale said that: “This intense season will leave you wanting more. We took so many wishes from the community and somehow made it work. Keep Clementine safe. Good luck!” Many underestimate the time that is incorporated in these games; No other company can make a game where the user dictates what happens.

Likewise, a new boost in sales came from new users, the game has so much success like appearing on: Gamespot, IGN, Zelda Universe and lots more. The average employee now makes 200,000$ a year working at Telltale; The headquarters in San Rafael, California is now home for over 3000 employees. This may seem like very little, but each employee puts an outstanding amount of: effort, emotion, and energy into the game which leads it to the number 1 game of the year. This is what a great game company should look like.

In conclusion, the game mechanics play very well like always. The graphics have turned into a magnificent view. The story is the best part of any Telltale game and it seems to be that no one can top them. A game analyst, Mark Gosh said in his article that: “SkyBound entertainment, and Telltale are a great team, I can see them working for a long time; If any of you are game developers are looking for a job I suggest you head on this train. Now! I think there will be… 4 seasons in total for the walking dead game and this is a great amount.” Gosh states that this game is headed on a great path, and with great reviews leading to 4.9/5 on Gamespot this game is truly a majestic 2019 game.
