He’s lost his mind. We’ve lost him. Through the years, we made a plan to help the world. He’s planning on destroying it now. Otto was my inspiration, I looked up to him as a father, I aspired to be him. No! No! No! I can’t lose him now, I have to fix this. There’s nowhere else Otto could be hiding than the lab.
“Peter, or should I say Spider-Man, either join me or leave me.”
“Wha-wai-you knew...you KNEW!” He knew, he knew; he commanded Rhino, Scorpion, and Electric Man to kill me, he betrayed me. Norman’s caused a tempest within his mind, he’s lost control of his own self, that’s not Otto, that’s a demon.
“Peter, I can’t let you win… you can't win anymore, I am the strongest , the greatest!”
“Doc, please, this isn’t you, you can’t let norman win! There’s other ways to prove him wrong.” “Leave me alone Peter, never come in front of a dragon’s wrath.”
He’s headed to the radio tower, maximizing his height, maximizing the damage achievable through Devil’s Breath. Norman has created a monster within Otto, the Otto we once knew is still in there. I have to bring Otto back. I’m the only support he has left, I need remind him of the good we brought back in society. Is this my fault? Did I leave him? No, no Peter, snap out of it! I need to get over there as fast as possible, I need to minimize the soon-to-be damage that will be caused upon New York city. I need to bring Otto back. I need to approach him, not as Peter, not as Spider-Man. Peter, think! I still have Electric Man’s suit, I’ll use that to gain his trust; hopefully gaining his trust and bringing back the Otto I remember.
“Finally, Norman no longer has control, I looked after him! He was a brother to me! Now, I must show New York who their real king is!” “Electric, bring me Spiderman, now! He can’t put a stop to us now.”
He has Devil’s Breath, he planning on releasing it at noon, I must take this opportunity to bring back the real Otto.
“Doc, who are you?”
“Pe-Peter?”
“I need you Doc, I’ve lost everything, I can’t lose you, please Doc, don’t do this.”
“Noman, ruined me, I loved him, he was my brother, he betrayed me! I must ruin him!”
“Doc, there are other ways to defeat him, you aren’t just ruining Norman, you’re ruining everyone! We build a foundation together!”
“I-I-I can’t, Norman’s betrayal destroyed me, he was a brother”
