F1 2017 is a very fast paced racing simulator, with many different tracks in many countries, and well known racing teams.
What is F1?
F1 2017 is a video game simulator, of the actual sport “F1.” F1 is a relatively easy game, but you can change that to make it extremely hard. There are 10 teams in a season, and under each team there are two drivers.The whole purpose of that game is to become, the “World Champion” at the end of the season. After every season different teams look at the performance of you’r driving or you’r performance in developing the F1 car and will offer you seats in their teams, if you meet the standards. F1 2017 is all about being the most realistic racing game out in the market. In the game you can either set the laps to quarter, half, or hundred percent which means that you would be racing the same amount of laps in the game in reality.
How-to
The main point of the game is to start at one of the bottom teams, and work you’re way up the categories while trying to get recognized by other teams. During the gameplay, you will acquire “resource points” from the practice session before races, and acquire them, during the race. “Resource points” are useful to upgrade you’re F1 car to make it: lighter, stronger, powerful and more reliable. By upgrading the car, the F1 team, knows how to make the race more efficient, while making you more competitive. Before every race weekend, every team gets 3 practice sessions, to see the layout of the track, and to see how: efficient the fuel usage is per lap, see how the tyres hold up per lap, how fast you can go around the track and Qualifying pace, which takes the average lap you set, and what the other drivers set to see where you would stand.
Versus
F1 2017 offers either a single player career, or a multiplayer hub. In career mode there are 20 tracks to race on by yourself, or you could race in multiplayer, which offers the same amount of tracks, but the other drivers online either wipe you out on track, or they lag. Benefit of multiplayer, is there will be less people online, because it will not be as popular as “2k, Fifa, Madden…,” which means you will not be waiting in lobbies for a long time. One way they could make online multiplayer better is by, either limiting the amount of people to ten, or making the connection rate better so only people with a higher rate can enter. These are only suggestions, and in my eyes the only serious problem with the gameplay.
Value
The cost of F1 2017 is only $20, it’s definitely worth the money if you are interested in racing games, or auto. F1 2017 will challenge you to be more reactive, and to be more concentrated. F1 is definitely a great game, and in my eyes I would rate the game a 8.5/10.
